Efrain Juarez could be looking to move on if he can't get some games under his belt at Parkhead. His agent, Jorge Berlanga, has labelled his lack of football as 'not ideal'. The Mexico international began the season brightly under manager Neil Lennon, but he has found first-team opportunities hard to come by recently. He has made just five SPL starts and Berlanga admits the situation is far from ideal as his client needs to be playing. Juarez remains committed to Celtic and wants to stay on the proviso that he is a regular, although Berlanga is not ruling out the possibility of a move in the summer.
Berlanga said: "The situation with Efrain is not ideal and there may be some transfer activity over the coming months. Our concern is his continuing development as a player and we will have to decide where the best club is for him to do that. The transfer market lasts until August 31 so we will see what options he has. However, he is very keen to play for Celtic. He feels fine physically and has adapted to the country but needs games."
