Inverness are the same team who effectivley ended John Barnes and Kenny Dalgleish's reign as Celtic managers back in 2000, beating Celtic 3-1 at Parkhead.
However, Celtic have already beaten the first division side at Parkhead, in the CIS Cup earlier this season.
The tie will take place on either March 22 or March 23.
