The Hoops get back to Scottish Premiership duty after an absence of over two weeks following a League Cup semi-final win over Rangers before booking a place in the last eight of the Scottish Cup with victory over Dundee.
The Glasgow giants have only managed a clean-sweep of domestic trophies on three previous occasions in their 127-year history but Johansen feels the current crop of Celtic stars are on the verge of something special.
"I feel how close we are to doing something special," the 24-year-old Johansen said.
"We have a final and now we are in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup.
"The league is also going to be very tough but we are in everything and I believe if we take one game at a time it's the best thing to do.
"We want to go as far as possible in Europe but we know it'll be tough.
"Now we are close in the League Cup, we are leading the league and we just need to keep going with the form we are showing at the moment."
Celtic would open a three point gap over Aberdeen with a win over Thistle and also with a game in hand.
Manager Ronny Deila -- for whom Johansen played at Stromsgodset -- is delighted with the progress his side is making after a sticky start to the unheralded Norwegian's career at Celtic.
"I love winning and developing things and that's what we're doing now," said 39-year-old Deila.
"We're starting to look like a Ronny Deila team and that makes me happy.
"We are improving all the time
There is a very good team spirit and we're having a lot of fun, you can see that on the pitch.
"People are enjoying running, enjoying chasing.
"Also, now the offensive side is coming more and more, and that's the thing we have to work even more on, to get more tempo in the last third of the pitch."
