Celtic go into today's match needing a win to get back on track against the team who derailed our title ambitions in 2005.
It would be a good omen to imagine that we could recommence our final push for the title we deserve this season against the club that are synonymous with us throwing away the title 2 years ago.
When thinking back to previous clashes I remember we faced Motherwell at Parkhead in 1998, the week after our Easter Sunday defeat to Rangers at Ibrox. After that defeat all of the media had started, probably justifiably so, to question our mettle for the run in.
The score that day was 4-1 with Craig Burley in fine scoring form. That was the game that really got us back on track and gave us a lift going into the final few games of that memorable season.
So it is with those thoughts in our heads (and hope in our hearts) that we go into today's game hoping for a similar score to that day in April 1998, and not a similar reverse as we suffered at Fir Park.
Come on Gordon, lets really underline our Champions ambitions with a comfortable and resounding victory and give Timdom an Easter Weekend to remember.
Yours in Celtic
