Eight Players in, Well done Celtic

Now that the dust is starting to settle after the end of the latest transfer window we can sit back and smile and know that Celtic are back on the ball after bringing in Eight new players and making signings that many top class teams would have been delighted to make.


Peter Lawwell must be a happy man this morning and although he will not take the plaudits he quietly knows that Celtic could not have done it without him.

Gone are the days when we dragged players to Celtic park hoping they might sign for us "because its a cool football stadium" and we hoped they would be impressed . Gone are the days when we would just sign a mediocre player just to say we had actually signed someone/anyone.


Celtic have acted with great professionalism this time round and what has become clear is the fact that the Celtic support now have the confidence and trust that the club will go about their business in the correct manner
