Are you fed up with being on the end of glorious defeats?. Or are you proud to be a tim?. Or indeed Both?.
Last nights game has brought that "Seville" feeling back into the pit of my stomach and its not something I am enjoying. The feeling of being so close to a great win and then watching us self destruct for 30 minutes and then come back fighting like a true Celtic team is just too much at times.
Sir Alex today said on sky sports that United could have put ten past us and the same mixed feelings flooded back. We will show you ya (insert expletive of choice) was the first thing that came into my head but on watching the highlights he may not have been wrong.
The feeling I have today of both pride and disappointment is hard to come to terms with. Only Seville made me feel the same way and i am not liking it in the least. Of course I will still be at the Dunfermline game at the weekend and I know I will be back to myself by then but its all a bit surreal at the moment.
Is it just me? maybe If I had a handle on how other Celts felt it would help. Are you pig sick after last night? Or are you delighted we put up such a good showing?.
