The Spaniard signed on at Celtic Park following the successful completion of a medical at Ross Hall hospital and will hoepfully be a much nedded replacement for the departing Lubo Moravcik.
26 year old Fernandez started out his career in Spain before joining Airdrie and then Livingstone.
