Nancy's Defensive Midfielder Landry N'Guemo (or Joël Landry Tsafack N'Guemo to give him his full title) has stated that he would love to come to Celtic and join up with former team mate Marc Antoine Fortune.
N'Guemo is available on a year-long loan deal and it is expected that Celtic would ask for an option-to-buy clause be inserted into the deal.
N'Guemo said: "If Celtic want me then I would love to talk to them. They are a huge club, one of the biggest in European football and the prospect of going there excites me.
"Celtic have a great history and they play in the Champions League every season.
"It would be a new country for me, new football and new culture but it would be right for me.
"I'm ready for a move. I have two years left on my contract but I'm ready for a new challenge and Nancy know that."
I have to admit that I know very little about this player, having only seen him play a few times. This would appear to confirm the rumours that Massimo Donati has been told that he has no future at the Football Club and has instructed his agent to find him a new club.
Keep up the good work Tony!
Yours in Celtic
