Celtic seem to be at last learning how to operate in todays cut-throat transfer market. After years of last minute bungled attempts at signing leftovers we have at last become transfer savvy and the new transfer target of Quinton fortune proves this. Celtic are using their interest in Quinton Fortune to help secure the transfer of Czech star Kadlec whose deal has stalled due to Kadlec's agent holding out for a better deal. The introduction of Fortune into the equation will alert Kadlec and his advisors that Celtic are serious about getting a player who can take Kadlec's role and to force the Czech to make a decision. Celtic are virtually on a no lose situation as many Celtic fans see Fortune as a good addition to the squad and it seems that the former Manchester United player has been put into the frame by none other than Roy Keane.
