The appointment of Kenny McDowall as a Rangers coach has once again seen The Ibrox club accused of cheating. Ths S.F.A has already hinted at Rangers illegally "tapping" Walter Smith but the appointment of McDowall has landed Rangers in even deeper trouble.

Coaches at Rangers are ALWAYS appointed by the manager. The hiring of McDowall would have to be approved by the club manager and it is thought that Walter Smith has had an input into the hiring of the new coach BEFORE he has been made the manager and while he is still under contract at the S.F.A.
