Morten Rasmussen has moved to Turkish club Sivasspor on loan until the end of 2011. The Danish striker made the move before the Turkish transfer window closed on Monday evening and ahead of the first weekend of the domestic season. Rasmussen joined Celtic in January 2010 from Brondby in January 2010 but has made just two league starts and eight substitute appearances since, scoring two goals in the process.
He spent time on loan at Mainz and AaB last season and has played for Denmark five times, scoring one goal. Sivasspor kick off their season with an away game against Karabukspor.
